Technical Facilities Manager

• Manage Tecnical Service Department under operations FM subcontractor
• Plan and manage the life cycle of the facilities
• Create and maintain an ideal working environment which adds maximun vslue to the company
• Compile weekly and monthly management report
• Compile annual report
• Manage and control the risk and defined under OHSA
• Conduct regular meetings with the supplier
• Attend monthly meeting with clients
• Ensuring good quality of workmanship and service delivert to meet the client expectations

• Compiling annual technical department budget

• Develop initiate and maintain an effective Operations and Technical management Strategy aimed at creating operational excellence and technical efficiency

• Able to work at a cross-functionally and collaborate with other department to ensure business operational efficiency

• Proven experience as technical facilities manager or relevant position
• Knowledge in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
• Technical support and Service, HVAC and other building systems
• Technical Risk Management

• Matric
• National diploma or degree related to facilities and infrastructure management
• Electrical/Mechanical/Civil or related qualification

• Over 5 years experience as a Facilities Manager of Facilities Management expereince
• Must be prepare to do Stand By
• Computer Literacy 
• Clean State Security and ITC record
• Proficient in English
• Working experience in the Facilities Management Industry
